Customer Care Executive – Muble Solutions

Working with and supporting the  marketing team to generate a continuous flow of enquirers, and walk-ins and converting them in to our customers.

Responsibilities :

1. Handling telephonic enquiries at the office

2. Making outbound calls to customers / other enquiry database and offering them our serices and solutions

3. Following the defined sales process to convert enquiries into customers

4. Making required number of calls for following up with enquiries which are not converted

5. Meeting Sales and conversion targets

6. Interact with walk-in customers, explaining our services to them

Requirements :

  • 1.Graduate with 0-3yrs experience in marketing or sales
  • Presentable with a pleasing personality
  • Good at convincing, problem solving and objection handling abilities.
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be interested in calling profile.
  • Should be confident and soft spoken

Salary upto 20k
