Technical Support Executive Voice Process

  • Responding to customer requests over telephone, emails and chats.
  • Maintaining excellent levels of quality, quantity and customer satisfaction scores
  • Escalate situations in an appropriate manner, and coordinate with supervisors for swift resolutions.
  • Meet productivity, quality and sales targets consistently.

Must Have:

  • A neutral accent in English (without any MTI-Mother Tongue Influence)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Willingness to work in any shift, in a 24/7/365 environment

Preferred skills

Good To Have:

Working knowledge of LAN / WAN / Basic Troubleshooting and Technical Issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

PC / Laptop and fast Internet access, keyboard, mouse and headset 


Graduation in any stream

Experience: 0 to 1 years

Work Location: Trivandrum – Technopark

US Shift Timings: 7.30 pm to 4.30 am and 10.30 pm to 7.30 am (Rotational Shift)
