Technical Support Executive Voice Process
- Responding to customer requests over telephone, emails and chats.
- Maintaining excellent levels of quality, quantity and customer satisfaction scores
- Escalate situations in an appropriate manner, and coordinate with supervisors for swift resolutions.
- Meet productivity, quality and sales targets consistently.
- A neutral accent in English (without any MTI-Mother Tongue Influence)
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Willingness to work in any shift, in a 24/7/365 environment
Good To Have:
Working knowledge of LAN / WAN / Basic Troubleshooting and Technical Issues.
PC / Laptop and fast Internet access, keyboard, mouse and headset
Graduation in any stream
Experience: 0 to 1 years
Work Location: Trivandrum – Technopark
US Shift Timings: 7.30 pm to 4.30 am and 10.30 pm to 7.30 am (Rotational Shift)
