Job Description :
- To provide a high level of telephone based and electronic email support to customers and associated services
- Report and log all customers’ issues into the customer relation management database.
- To provide remote maintenance and reactive support
Preferred skills :
- Fresher (Experience: 0-1 year)
- B-Tech/BE, Bsc CS/Electronics, BCA, MCA, MSc CS/Electronics
- Should be able to communicate with customers at all levels in verbal and written
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Team oriented/player, self motivated, have good email and telephone etiquettes
- Should be open to work in Night shifts (24*7 environment)
- Basic networking (Fresher), computer troubleshooting
- Experience: 0-1 year
